From idea to delivery
Commission process
The full build price is paid before production scheduling. Shipping is calculated and paid separately after the finished helmet is professionally packed.

Design and quote
Contact me with your ideas. We’ll work through the design together, confirm the details, and establish the build price.

Payment and queue
The full build price is paid upfront. Your commission then enters my production queue in the order payment was received, with no guaranteed start date.

Build and updates
Once work begins, a helmet normally takes approximately 3–4 weeks to complete. You’ll receive progress updates throughout the build.

Packing and shipping quote
After completion, your helmet is professionally packed. I then calculate and send the exact shipping quote for your destination.

Shipping
Once the separate shipping charge is paid, your completed helmet is sent out and tracking information is provided.
